Returns & Exchanges

At PiPi Tea, we want you to love every sip; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unopened tea products and accessories. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we cannot accept returns on opened tea pouches or used brewing equipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unopened tea or unused accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
